I am teaching a card workshop in a couple of weeks with a Valentine's theme. I really needed to start work on designing the cards! So today, somewhere between 2 Dr. appts., a Target run, trip to the bank, grocery store, and a rehearsal, I actually managed to sit down and start on my design project. The first one came out great! I am really happy with it. Here it is:
It's a 6x6 card and I used our That's Amore paper and the 'Key to My Heart' MyAcrylix set from the National Papercrafting special of 2009. The pattern came from our newest card how-to book, Wishes. I've had the book in my hands for awhile, but today I really delved into it for the first time. There are so many fun things in this book! It was hard to narrow my choices down to the 5 designs I'll need for the workshop. Stay tuned for more examples coming soon!
