Movie Time!

Here's a recent layout I did that I absolutely LOVE! I'm so proud of this layout. I only had one photo of this event because I wasn't even there but i still really wanted to scrap it because it was Big Brother's first time attending a theater movie. I struggled for a long time trying to figure out what to do with it - so much blue and green in the photo! I just couldn't come up with the right paper.
But, sometimes it just takes the right moment to get inspired I guess. I love the energy of the reddish/orangeish background and the way the extra large blue mat grounds the photo. I searched and searched for the right blue for that picture, let me tell you!

 And how 'bout those accessories? Aren't they just adorable? The 'Fun Pass' is on the MyAcrylix Ticket Tags stamp set - one of my favorites!! I have used it soooo much. I also used the new Foundry Pin Clips, Milepost Shapes, a journaling spot from the Lucky collection, and a few other dibs and dabs! It was fun to pull things together from so many different collections.

  I'll probably be doing yard work instead of scrapping this weekend (we'll see...I can still hope, right?) but I have a weekend scrap getaway next week so I'll come back with lots to share after that! See you soon!
